Kaiser Chiefs: New Album In October

The Kaiser Chiefs have announced that they will play a series of concert dates in the US this year. The news comes after the band released the track-listing to their fourth studio album ‘Off With Their Heads’.

The album produced by Mark Ronson and Eliot James holds 11 tracks.

The track listing is as follows:

  1. ‘Spanish Metal’
  2. ‘Never Miss A Beat’
  3. ‘Like It Too Much’
  4. ‘You Want History’
  5. ‘Can’t Say What I Mean’
  6. ‘Good Days Bad Days’
  7. ‘Tomato In The Rain’
  8. ‘Half The Truth’
  9. ‘Always Happens Like That’
  10. ‘Addicted To Drugs’
  11. ‘Remember You’re A Girl’

The first single, featuring Lily Allen on backing vocals is ”Never miss a beat” is due for release on 6th October, with the full album “Off with their Heads” following on 13th October (in competition that date with Keane’s new album – “Perfect Symmetry”).

Meanwhile the band are said to be planning a full UK tour for early 2009, and will also be appearing in the V Festival (UK) next week – but if you can’t attend that or can’t wait ’til 2009 and you are in the US , the dates are as follows:

  • Los Angeles, CA Henry Fonda Theater (November 11th)
  • Chicago, IL Park West (November 13th)
  • New York, NY Webster Hall (November 15th)
