Pete Doherty Is Homeless
When Pete Doherty gets out of jail he will be homeless.
This is a result of being evicted from his country mansion following the landlord’s inspection of the premises.
The landlord, shocked, found the nine bedroom country residence in complete disarray with blood on the walls. Literally. He also found 9 cats running wild around the Wiltshire abode – having been locked in while the singer has been in jail.
Also adding to the amazement of the landlord was the fact that Doherty had taken to writing on the walls and floors around the mansion.
Sounds like a nice crib you had their Pete – kept the place tip top.
It’s a fascinating insight into how the man lives and to what extent drugs will alter your mind. How have the walls been splattered with blood? Why would you write on the walls and floor – ever heard of a notepad? I’ve heard of a band who wrote a hit song on the back of a matchbox.
Part of this seems like the extremes of drugs, and another part seems like the man wants to go down in history like Jeff Buckley as a “died young had massive potential” kid – while at the same time leaving “priceless” writings/items of a demented genius.
Isn’t this how art is made? Would you buy that scribbled on wallpaper if it was carefully scraped off and framed?
