MGMT Set For World Domination
I’ve just stumbled onto one of the best up and coming bands in a long time – MGMT. I am sure that most Americans by this time will know of the band but they are just now reaching British shores.
Their album “Oracular Spectacular” has just been released and I am impressed.
Originating from Brooklyn, New York, Ben Goldwasser and Andrew VanWyngarden formed the band in 2002, toured in 2005 and were signed by Sony/Columbia records in 2006.

2008 is shaping up to be a big year for the band and here’s wish them all the best. I’ll assume that their myspace page will be updated when they make the big time as it’s a little messy at the moment.
