Britney Announces More North American Tour Dates
It’s been confirmed: Britney Spears’ Circus tour will be making another go at North America – Britney must’ve figured she may as well live up this comeback.
Spears’ publicist, Holly Shakoor, has confirmed several dates already planned for New York City, Philadelphia, Las Vegas, and Los Angeles.
The concert will reconvene August 20 in Canada, and mosey along to North Carolina, Iowa, Oklahoma and Texas.
These new North American stops will begin after Britney finishes up her European leg of the Circus tour, which includes stops in London and several stops in mainland Europe.
Also announced this week were Australian Circus dates planned for November.
This particular tour has reached second place in recent Pollstar ratings (MTV reports that hers is the top-grossing in 2009 thus far) – it seems Britney is doing a Madonna: just keep touring/ making that money…indefinitely.
