Jacko Angry At Having To Do 50 London Shows?

According to The Sun, Michael Jackson let out some steam during a meet-and-greet with fans outside rehearsals for his London O2 shows, claiming that he had not been planning on performing in so many shows.

Jackson ran into a gaggle of fans waiting for him outside of a rehearsal studio outside of Burbank, California, and the singer told them that he was angry and made it sound as if he’d been tricked into doing so many shows.

According to the paper, Jackson said: “Thank you for your love and support, I want you guys to know I love you very much. I don’t know how I’m going to do fifty shows. I’m not a big eater – I need to put some weight on.”

He Continued,  “I’m really angry with them booking me up to do fifty shows. I only wanted to do ten, and take the tour around the world to other cities, not fifty in one place. I went to bed knowing I sold ten dates, and woke up to the news I was booked to do fifty.”

However, since we are talking about a well-known British tabloid newspaper here, none of this may have even been said.

But since we’re also talking about Michael Jackson, it may all be complete truth down to the letter.

I was so close to buying tickets for this. But then I remembered who I would be dealing with and checked out what was going on at the Bowery Ballroom instead.
