Nine Inch Nails iPhone App Approved
Trent Reznor, frontman of Nine Inch Nails, announced on Thursday that Apple has approved an update of the band’s Nine Inch Nails iPhone application.
Apple had rejected the update earlier in the week because it was the application was in violation of a policy that bans “obscene, pornographic, offensive or defamatory contents or materials of any kind.”
Reznor of course took to his website to let the world know how he was feeling about being rejected by Apple, and attacked the company and their policy.
Reznor reported that the company had finally resolved the issues with the application in a Twitter posting on Thursday.
The Tweet read: “The Nine Inch Nails iPhone application is unchanged, the ‘issues’ seem to have been resolved.”
The app is one that allows fans of the band to exchange messages with other fans, as well as to access photos, news, and custom wallpapers.
Those who have the app also access to their very own nin.com inbox through it.
And really, who doesn’t need their very own Nine Inch Nails email.
And by the way, Nine Inch Nails have gone off on their tour of North America alongside Jane’s Addiction, beginning this weekend in Florida.
