Oasis Brothers Won’t Record Together Again Until 2014
Seems like the Noel/Liam feud isn’t over quite yet!
Noel has revealed that he won’t be recording anything with Liam until the year 2014, saying hes just simply “Sick” of his younger brothers’ attitude and antics.
Oasis are currently completing their world tour to promote their most recent album ‘Dig Out Your Soul’, but Noel feels after spending this amount of time with his brother Liam he needs at least 5 years to recover!
He ranted, “There are two great tracks lying there not finished from the last record, because Liam f***ed off to get married. That annoys the f**k out of me. We’ve got a 50-piece choir on both, they’re enormous.”
He continued, “There’s no talking to be done. Maybe that’s the problem – there’s no fall-out from it.
I never said to him, ‘What are you doing, you ****?’”
And there was more – he carried on, “If albums mean that little to him, I don’t want to argue. He can f**k off as far as I’m concerned. By the time we make another record we’ll be five years older.”
Ouch!!!
Now i can understand his infuriation with the feeling that Liam isn’t as committed as he is to the music and form the two brothers history, we all know that the relationship is tempestuous to say the least – but 5 years away from Oasis recording anything is a long time.
Not only does this give other bands and artists a chance to catch up on the success of the band but a lot changes in the music industry in 5 years.
Not to mention currently sitting at 41-years of age, Noel would be 46-years old when they begin recording and touring again, and Liam would be hitting the 40 mark!
Come on -sort it out!
These 2 are never done!
It’ll all blow over in like a second and they’ll get back to being great again.
