Robbie Williams Ready For Return To The Public Eye
Robbie Williams seems ready for a return to the public eye and no, not in the form of the much talked about ‘Take That Reunion‘.
The ‘Angels‘ singer who is currently in the studio working hard on his eighth studio album has parted ways with his publicist and has decided to surround himself with people whom he feels will improve his public image.
The star is said to be desperate for his music to be taken seriously once again and has hired the people responsible for the rise and rise of artists the likes of Lily Allen, Radiohead and The Pet Shop Boys.
According to a British newspaper the departure of Robbie from his publicist was amicable, “Robbie had nothing but good things to say about his previous firm but it’s time for a change. He is determined to be involved with a firm specialising in music not celebrity.”
Maybe Robbie is feeling more settled now and looking to the long-term future of his career and finances now that he has moved back to the UK from Los Angeles with girlfriend Ayda Field.
He has also had to watch his own career suffer whilst that of his former Take That band mates, Gary Barlow and Co, has gone from strength to strength in recent months.
Or maybe its the nearing 40 mark, that has Robbie thinking of his future, the 35 year-old also seems keen on reuniting with his former band mates to help revive his waning career and reputation saying, ‘The lads seem up for it and some people think it’s a done deal“.
I for one am looking forward to some new ‘Robbie material’, but the reunion with Gary, Mark, Jason and Howard has been talked about and talked about and then talked about some more, and still…nothing!
