Britney Gets Stalked, Sort of
Britney news is getting a bit strange (though I’m sure nothing can top her shaved head craze) lately – with the various restraining order court issues and entire performances filled with lip synching and whatnot.
This time it isn’t her fault though, for being in the news: it’s the fault of a woman who was arrested when caught peeking into the singer’s windows.
The woman, Miranda Tozier-Robbins, was caught peeking into Britney’s LA home, donned in camouflage and carrying a camera. The Los Angeles County Sheriff’s department carted the woman off Thursday morning after she was stopped by security guards on ’ payroll at her suburban Calabasas home.
According to the police, the 26-year-old stalker was issued a citation for trespassing and disorderly conduct, and then released.
This nonsense occurred just one hour before Spears was supposed to take the stage for a performance in Los Angeles, and it’s not known where Spears was at the time of the incident (though I’m guessing, not at home – probably being costumed and made up somewhere in the vicinity of a venue).
No one is really sure just what this woman was doing peering into Spears’ windows, or whether she has gotten herself an attorney (though with Jamie Spears lurking around, it would probably be advisable).
