Mandy Moore and Ryan Adams Now Married
We barely knew that Mandy Moore and Ryan Adams were together, much less engaged, and now a publicist is reporting that the two have married already.
The two married recently during a small ceremony in Savannah, Georgia. The nuptials were a secret – at least until they let everyone know about it afterward. The couple had been engaged for just one month, though they’d been dating (with a sort of on-again, off-again relationship) for about a year.
When they announced their engagement, singer/actress Mandy Moore said (according to US Magazine.com),
“Hopefully, it can happen and slip by unnoticed by everybody. I guess we have to be sort of sneaky about it, but I’ll see what I can accomplish.”
Well, certainly, they did sneak by. But I wonder how many people would have cared if the ceremony hadn’t been a secret at the time? You ain’t no Brad and Angie, Mandy and Ryan. You’re not even Brad and Jen.
In the April issue of Marie Claire magazine, Moore said that she is in “awe” of Ryan, “- his brain, his passion. He’s truly one of a kind.”
Well, clearly he had to have something going for him cause it can’t have been looks that she married him for. Fair play though – all the best to the newly married couple.
