Brown and Rihanna Record Love Duet
Chris Brown and Rihanna are in the studio recording a duet about love – which is obviously something they know all about. Okay, it hasn’t officially been reported as a song about love, but we’re guessing that it’s not a song about domestic abuse, so that pretty much just leaves love.
Brown’s lawyers are working on a plea deal so that the singer won’t have to actually ever set foot in a jail, and Brown and Rihanna are taking the opportunity to get into the studio, according to TMZ.
Supposedly, the story goes that the song was originally written for Rihanna before she got her head bashed into the window of Brown’s car, but now producer Palow Da Don is rethinking the song as a duet. The song is reportedly about a couple overcoming, um, challenges.
A source told TMZ that the late night studio sessions were “very, very emotional… the feeling in the room was pure love.”
Really? Because every picture I’ve ever seen of Rihanna cuddling up to Brown also features Brown looking pretty, well, angry.
Then again, you know how these news outlets can be, selecting only the pictures that make people look bad, and right now it isn’t very hard to make Brown look bad.
