What’s Eating Michael Jackson This Time?
Why news outlets constantly resort to quoting British tabloids for stories, I don’t know – but it turns out I’m not better than anyone else: Michael Jackson may have a flesh-eating “MRSA-style” infection taking over his hollowed and greatly reconstructed face!
That’s according to The Sun, who claims the singer may have caught this latest possible disease from a nose plastic surgery gone wrong.
Like MRSA, the infection Jackson may have caught is resistant to antibiotics and the singer may (or may not) be on an IV drip so that the infection doesn’t eat away portions of his skin. The Sun’s unnamed source reported: “The infection has spread throughout his face and body and is being aggressively treated by doctors.”
Also: “There’s a chance it could turn into a flesh-eating disorder where it begins to kill off his skin so he’s being very carefully monitored.”
No doubt Jackson’s rep Dr. Tohme will be in the news tomorrow, scolding the media for re-reporting everything they hear.
According to the star’s management team, he is actually still preparing for a world tour. He’s been recording an album for a pretty long time, Chinese Democracy style, and he’s already recorded some tunes with, the ridiculously named, Will.I.Am and Ne-Yo.
