Britney’s Abs: Visible Once More

If you were once heartbroken because it seemed Britney’s abs would be lost to the world forever, dry those tears. Britney’s abs made headlines yesterday when a picture of one of her dance rehearsals surfaced of the singer dancing around in a cutoff t-shirt that displayed her renewed rock hard muscles. The picture was posted to the Brit Brit’s website, and instantly had new sites discussing how much weight the singer had lost recently (and reiterating just how important it is for pop stars to keep their figures).

The photo in question was snapped as Britney was preparing for her upcoming tour, The Circus Starring Britney Spears, to get started in New Orleans March 3. To open for the former hot mess on the tour, The Pussycat Dolls will be tagging along. (Also: the Pussycat dolls plan on doing another spring tour with Lady Gaga).

It also seems (according to MTV) that Britney’s peeps have decided on releasing the track “If U Seek Amy” as a single, even if the thought of it has radio stations across the country quaking in fear of the fines it may bring them. Then again, I’m sure we all can recall a time about ten years ago when Britney appeared on the scene and had to patiently explain to every news outlet in the world that no, “hit me baby one more time” was not a request for physical abuse. Hello, she meant hit her with a sign! Let her know what’s up! …At least she has plenty of experience explaining herself on the record.

There’s no doubt that it’s important for pop singers to keep in shape. At least she’s got that part of herself back, and maybe this will help her climb back up again. We’ll see.

And yes, she’s spent a lot of her career with explanations – even if it is beyond our understanding.

Keep up the good work over here at MRZ!

I love Brit.

She is not all there but still performs. I wish I had her life without the press.
