Coldplay Release Four-Track Digital Only Single
Coldplay have revealed their plans to release a four-track digital only single called ‘Lost!’.
The single is set for release to the world on 10th November and the video has already been produced. Directed by Mat Whitecross, the video is available now to view on Coldplays official website.
According to Coldplay drummer Will Champion, the single ‘Lost!’ has been around for a while but just needed those few finishing touches before being deemed worthy of release. He said:
“That song had been around for a long time, without ever getting finished. I was starting to get into using a particular drum programming programme. I was messing around with that and I built this beat up from scratch. Then Chris overheard it and played ‘Lost!’ over the top of it.”
The song “Lost” also appears on Coldplays new album ‘Viva La Vida Or Death And All his Friends’.
The other three tracks set for release alongside “Lost” have not yet been confirmed.
