The Verve: Forth Goes Straight To The Top

The Verve‘s latest album “Forth” has shot straight to the top of the UK album charts. The album was released last week (25th August) and hasn’t wasted any time in taking over the charts.
It is the bands first album since their recent reunion and marks the next step in their musical progression sine their last album “Urban Hymns” in 1997.
The first single “Love Is Noise” was released to much fanfare and has gone down a storm at all the festivals over the summer, which has propelled the band back into the limelight.
