The Killers Present “Day and Age” Album

The killers have announced that the grand title for their third album will be “Day and Age”. There is no official release date for the “Day and Age” album but it is tipped for early November.

Brandon Flowers and Co played their latest single “Spaceman” to crowds at the Leeds Festival at the weekend as we reported in our article: The Killers Close Leeds Festival In Epic Style.

Other tracks which may also feature on the new album include: ‘Goodnight Travel Well’, ‘Joyride’, ‘Neon Tiger’, ‘I Can’t Stay’ and ‘Losing Touch’.

Speaking of the new albums progress, Brandon told reporters: “the lyrics are slowly but surely coming along”.

The Killers impressed fans at the weekend, closing the Leeds Festival 2008 with a dramatic display of Fireworks and Pyrotechnics.

Lets hope the new album is just as dramatic. Get a little listen here to The Killers in action at the Reading Festival 2008.
