Metallica Close Reading Festival Weekend 2008

Metallica closed the Reading Festival 2008 last night with style as they put on a show of pyrotechnics and fireworks.

The band played a mixture of old classics and new material including ‘Cyanide’ and ‘The Day That Never Comes’, tracks that are set to be on the new album.

‘Death magnetic’ is set to be released on 12th September. The band ended the set with a frantic version of ‘Seek And Destroy’, much to fans delight.

The crowds were treated to a spectacular show of fireworks to close the weekends festival mayhem. Metallica certainly did not disappoint their hardcore fans.
