Britney Spears Up For MTV Award

Britney Spears has been nominated for Best Female Video at this years MTV, Video Music Awards.
Set to take place on September 7th, Britney will be crossing all fingers and toes in the hope that her single “Piece of Me” is the lucky winnner. Spears will compete in the category against stiff competition, including :
- Katy Perry with “I Kissed a Girl”
- Jordin Sparks with “No Air”
- Rihanna with “Take a Bow”
- Mariah Carey with “Touch My Body”.
After last years cringe-worthy attempt, lest we forget, with her single “Gimme More” at the VMA’s.
Question is will the come-back-queen be performing in an attempt to redeem her star status?
