Rod Stewart: Jude Law Is In For It
Being a protective father is not an easy task, but rocker Rod Stewart has always tried his best.
There are so many pitfalls that ones daughter can fall prey to. Sting recently found out that his daughter, Coco, has been hanging around with Pete Doherty of The Babyshambles – a notorious drug riddled and troubled man. He is obviously furious that his daughter would be seen with such guy and worried that she’d fall victim to drug abuse.
Well Rod Stewart has come rushing to his daughter Kimberley’s defense after Jude Law dumped her for model Lily Cole.
Stewart had initally gave his consent to Jude – saying that he was alright. Since the split – he is more than eager to meet up with Law again in order to vent his anger. I doubt it if this meet up would result in fisti-cuffs as Rod is quite short – although I’d say he is a fiery number so who knows really?
I’d actually be really interested to hear what Rod would say to Jude:
?”Hey you! How dare you treat my daughter like this! You can’t just trade a woman in for a more glamorous one! Thats not right!”
To which Jude could only chuckle as the ‘Tonights The Night’ singer has build most of his reputation on doing just that.
I’d also like to know what Rod was thinking in giving his consent to the relationship in the first place. Jude Law has an equal reputation in womanizing.
I think Sting has the better paternal instincts in this one…
